How do I make a WhatsApp QR code?
Open the WhatsApp tab, enter your phone number with the country code, optionally add a pre-filled message, and download. When someone scans it, WhatsApp opens a chat with you automatically, with no need to save your number first.
How do I make an Instagram QR code?
Open the Instagram tab and enter your username (without the @). We build https://instagram.com/yourhandle automatically. Scanning it opens your profile in the Instagram app or browser.
Can I make a QR code for my Facebook page?
Yes. Open the Facebook tab, click "Page or username", and enter your page username (the short name after facebook.com/). It works for personal profiles too: use the numeric profile ID.
How do I make a YouTube QR code?
Open the YouTube tab and choose Channel ID (the long UC... code), the @handle, or a specific Video ID. All three modes are supported.
Do social media QR codes work in app or browser?
Both. If the app is installed, the scan opens it directly. Otherwise it opens the mobile website. No login required for public profiles.
How do I use the WiFi QR code?
Pick WiFi, enter your network name (SSID) and password, choose WPA/WPA2 (most common), and download. Note: some older iPhones cannot scan WiFi QR codes, so use Android or a modern iPhone.
What is the best size for printing?
For business cards use at least 256px or download as SVG (vector, so it scales perfectly). For posters or large print, always use SVG.
What is error correction?
Error correction adds redundancy so the code still reads if partially damaged. L = 7%, M = 15% (default), Q = 25%, H = 30%. Use H for curved, glossy or dirty surfaces.
What is a vCard QR code?
It contains your contact details in the vCard format. When someone scans it, their phone offers to save you as a contact: name, phone, email and company, all in one scan.
Will it work with Google Lens, iPhone Camera or WeChat?
Yes. QR codes follow an international standard (ISO/IEC 18004). Any modern camera (Apple, Android, WeChat, Line, Kakao) reads them.
