Tips for a fast reply
- One tool per email. If you have three requests, send three emails. Easier to track.
- Describe the goal, not the tool. “I want to convert a folder of PNGs to WebP in one go” is more useful than “add a batch converter”.
- For bugs, name the tool and browser. “QR Generator on iPhone 14 Safari” beats “it does not work”.
- No need to attach files. Because everything runs in your browser, we cannot reproduce a bug from a file. We just need the steps.
