Terms of Service

ToolDeck is free to use. You own your outputs. We do not take your data. We provide the tools as-is and are not liable for how you use them.
1. Acceptance
By using ToolDeck (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to every tool on tooldeck.online and any subdomain.
2. License to use
ToolDeck is free to use for personal and commercial purposes. You may use the tools, and you own the outputs: files you convert, QR codes you generate, lists you format, text you count. You do not need to credit ToolDeck.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to anything you process with ToolDeck. Because all computation happens in your browser and files are never uploaded, we never see, store or have access to your content. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to process the content you use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: process illegal content (including content that infringes copyright, depicts minors inappropriately, or violates any applicable law); attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service; scrape the Service at scale; misrepresent the outputs of the Service as endorsed by us. ToolDeck may suspend access without notice for violations.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantee that any tool works for your specific use case, produces a specific result, or is free of bugs. Where standards exist (Adobe Stock keyword limits, Twitter character limits, QR ISO specifications) we follow them, but we do not warrant that the outputs will be accepted by a third party.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolDeck and sjvisualflowstudios are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost data, lost revenue, or damages from reliance on a tool's output. Because the Service is free, in no case shall our total liability exceed zero.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. In short: we do not collect your files, text, dates or keywords.
8. Third-party services
Some tools rely on libraries and services we do not control. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. If a third-party service is unavailable or changes, some tools may temporarily stop working. We will always try to restore them promptly.
9. Advertising
ToolDeck may display advertising to cover hosting costs. Ads will never lock a tool, change your output, or appear inside a result file. Any ad network used will be named in the Privacy Policy.
10. Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove tools at any time. We may change these terms; if we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using ToolDeck at any time. There is nothing to cancel. We may suspend or block access to the Service (in whole or in part) if we believe you are violating these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Pakistan, unless mandatory local consumer law says otherwise for your country.
