Is my Word document uploaded anywhere?
No. The .docx is parsed and converted entirely in your browser using mammoth.js, html2canvas and jsPDF. Nothing is sent to any server.
Is it really 100% secure?
Yes. There is no upload step, no server processing, no temporary storage. Open your browser network tab while you convert and you will not see your document being sent anywhere.
Which .docx features are preserved?
Text, headings, bold, italic, underline, bullet and numbered lists, tables and paragraph spacing. Complex layouts with merged cells, embedded video or custom fonts may render slightly differently.
Does it preserve images from the .docx?
Yes, in most cases. Embedded images are included in the rendered output.
Can I convert .doc (old Word format)?
Not yet. We support .docx only. Convert .doc to .docx first in Word, LibreOffice or Google Docs.
What page size does the output use?
A4 by default. You can switch to Letter or Legal in the options before converting.
Is there a file size limit?
No. Free tools cap at 5MB. We impose no limit. The practical limit is your device memory.
Does it keep the fonts from my document?
Common fonts (Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman, Helvetica, Georgia, Courier) are preserved. Others are substituted with a close equivalent.
Can I merge the output with other PDFs?
