Everything you get for free

  • 100% secure, nothing uploaded

Every PDF page is rendered to an image and assembled into a .pptx in your browser. Your decks, contracts and reports never touch a server.

  • One PDF page equals one slide

Each page becomes a full-bleed image on its own slide. Perfect for repurposing reports as presentations.

  • Match the original aspect ratio

The slide is sized to match the first PDF page. Nothing is stretched, cropped or centered in the wrong frame.

  • Three quality levels

Screen (small files, fast), Standard (recommended), High (print-quality slides). Pick the balance that fits.

  • No sign-up, no email, no watermark

Open, drop the PDF, download the .pptx. No account, no confirmation email, no watermarks on any slide.

  • Works offline

Once the page has cached the libraries, you can switch off WiFi and convert PDFs locally.

Questions people ask

Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?

No. The PDF is rendered and assembled into a .pptx entirely in your browser using pdfjs and pptxgenjs. Your files never leave your device.

Is it really 100% secure?

Yes. There is no upload step, no server processing, no temporary storage. Open your browser network tab while you use the tool, you will not see your PDF being sent anywhere.

Are the slides editable?

The PDF pages become images inside each slide. You can still add new slides, text boxes, annotations and transitions in PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote, but the original page content is not text-editable. For editable text, use our PDF to Word tool.

What page size does the slide use?

The slide size is matched to the first PDF page aspect ratio. A4 portrait PDFs give portrait slides, landscape PDFs give 16:9-ish landscape slides.

Which quality should I choose?

Screen for review and quick sharing. Standard (recommended) for most presentations. High for printed or projected output where sharpness matters.

Is there a file size limit?

No. iLovePDF caps free users at 5MB. We impose no limit, the practical limit is your device memory.

Will links and forms in the PDF survive?

No. Pages become images, so interactive elements are not preserved. Static content (text, images, layout) comes through visually.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. Safari on iOS and Chrome on Android both work. No app needed.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Once the page has cached the libraries, you can switch off WiFi and convert PDFs locally.

Can I convert multiple PDFs at once?

Not in this version, one PDF at a time. Batch mode is on our roadmap.

Does the .pptx open in Google Slides?

Yes. The generated file is a standard .pptx that opens in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, LibreOffice Impress and WPS Office.

Can I add page numbers or a footer?

Not in this version. Header and footer options are on our roadmap.

100% secure, nothing stored
